The Nameless Orchestra

The Nameless Orchestra is made up of young music enthusiasts who acquired their instrumental skills during music education classes at the unique Stanisław Moniuszko Primary School in Łajski, Wieliszew municipality, where the idea of inclusive education has been implemented for years.
We play wind instruments such as flutes, clarinets, saxophones, trumpets, trombones, euphoniums, and the bass tuba, supported by guitars and percussion, as well as drums and many other instruments, creating a Brazilian Batucada orchestra.

For over a dozen years, we have maintained a friendship with musicians from Theo-Koch-Schule in Grünberg, regularly meeting for music workshops (alternating between Poland and Germany), supported financially by the Polish-German Cooperation Foundation.
In recent years, an orchestra from Italy – Instituto Comprensivo Rosmini in Rome – has joined us. The latest roman workshops included a concert near Sain Angel Castle.

We’ve given dozens of unforgettable performances, including at the Polish Parliament, the National Museum in Warsaw, and the Special Olympics held in Poland in 2010 – to name the most prestigious.
For many years, we’ve collaborated with the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, identifying with its wonderful mission and strengthening our own need and joy in helping others.
Among us we have current students of the Łajski Primary School as well as alumni – age is no barrier here. All of this is conducted under the baton of Justyna Niegierysz, Marta Maślanka, and Maciej Rink.

Ahead of us lies a concert at the Royal Castle in Warsaw – it’s going to be great event worth remembering!

The Copernicus Science Centre

The Copernicus Science Centre invites you to visit the exhibition on March 16 from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Copernicus is not a place to tour through, like a conventional museum. We have no fixed pathways or museum guides to lead you. So enjoy your freedom! Let your curiosity be your guide and spend time on what interests you.

We currently have exhibitions:

The Experimental Zone is the main exhibition in Copernicus which occupies a huge open space. It is dedicated to nature with its phenomena, and to humans and our perception of the physical world.

It shows different technological solutions and encourages to look at them in a critical way. It also takes notice of the relationships between our personal values and the values of others.
