International Conference of Education, Research and Innovation (ICERI) is one of the most important international education events, bringing together more than 800 experts (lecturers, researchers and other professionals) from 80 countries around the world every year. Participants not only share their research results, but also exchange information on innovations in the field of education.

This year's 16th edition of the conference, which is being organised in Seville on 13-15 November 2023, will be attended by representatives of the FRSE Research and Analysis Unit:

• Jadwiga Fila with the presentation ‘Competences 4.0 in European learning mobility programmes’: findings from five studies conducted between 2020 and 2022, which explored the impact of activities under Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programmes on the development of competences 4.0 (digital, leadership, cognitive and social).
• Karol Sobestjański with the presentation ‘Ex-Erasmus students’ pathways on the labour market. Results of the Polish cohort study on university graduates’: a summary of a study involving more than 1000 participants in Erasmus+ mobility abroad (study or placement abroad). The aim of the study was to obtain information on how international education influenced their professional development and career paths after graduation.
